ISCC’s Dancing on the Bridge! Team is joining the Visibility Brigade’s “Democracy Day” - a nationwide grassroots civic event on the anniversary of D-Day - by holding a pro-democracy overpass rally aimed at honoring WWII veterans who fought fascism and to advocate for active civic resistance at home.  

This rally will take place on the LaFonda overpass on Saturday, June 6th, 1pm-2:30pm. The overpass is located directly next to Harbor High School.

Volunteers are needed to participate in the rally, bring flags to wave, and take turns helping hold the large banner that includes an image of our soldiers raising the flag on Iwo Jima.  RSVP here.
