Stand with ISCC to oppose the Trump administration's expansion of ICE warehouse detention and its attack on the due process rights of immigrants and all Americans.  The Department of Homeland Security is moving to lock thousands of people in massive detention warehouses — disappearing them from their families, their lawyers, and their communities.

We're taking to the bridge and the streets to stand up for dignity, justice, and the rule of law. We will have a large banner at both of the following events.  Bring a sign! Bring your neighbors! Bring your voice!  Join us for one or both of the following demonstrations:

Friday, 4/24, on the LaFonda Bridge, 4pm - 5:30pm

Saturday, 4/25, at Ocean and Water, 10am-11am

This action is part of the Communities Not Cages National Day of Action organized by the Disappeared In America Campaign and partners that include Indivisible, the Detention Watch Network, Public Citizen, The Workers Circle, MoveOn, and many others.

Immigration detention as it exists today is already cruel, inhumane and unnecessary. Warehousing immigrants in large-scale industrial buildings will exacerbate the harms inherent to the ICE detention system. Members of Congress can do something to stop this! Urge your members of Congress to use their power to say NO to warehouse detention!
